Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that generates results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When someone contacts us, we receive the details voluntarily included in that message and use them to provide a response.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technologies may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to Duluth, Gwinnett County, and Georgia government portals, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy policy to information submitted there. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a separate company and operate under that provider's rules.
Parties That May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information already described. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it; visitor information is not otherwise shared.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above. Since the service has no user accounts, it keeps no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Rights to access, correct, or delete data can depend on where a user lives and which law applies. Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. ยง 10-1-390 et seq., is a consumer-protection law rather than a general right to erase public records. Because we retain little information, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Duluth, Gwinnett County, or Georgia agencies remain outside our control, so any correction or removal request must go to the custodian.
